DZF-6050 is a newly designed vacuum drying oven by CMD. We provide high-quality after-sales service and video guidance for installation and use.
The vacuum drying oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposed and easily oxidized substances. It can maintain a certain degree of vacuum in the work room during work, and can fill the interior with inert gas, especially for some items with complex components. Fast drying, using intelligent digital temperature controller for temperature setting, display and control.
Dry heat-sensitive, decomposable and oxidizing substances. And can be filled with inert gas, especially some complex components can also be quickly dried.

Vacuum drying oven is widely used in medicine, chemical industry, food, electronics, traditional Chinese medicine, environmental protection and other application fields, for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various glass containers. It is especially suitable for fast and efficient drying of heat-sensitive, easily decomposed, easily oxidized substances and complex composition items. It can also be used for drying of food, suitable materials: fruits, vegetables, flowers, coffee beans, hops and tea leaves, etc.
1. The tightness of the cabinet door can be adjusted to ensure high vacuum in the cabinet.
2. Intelligent digital display temperature setting, high precision.
3. The oven adopts jacketed vacuum glass door. The indoor temperature can be effectively maintained, and the reaction of materials can be observed directly.
4. The product shell is sprayed with environmentally friendly metal paint, and the overall design is beautiful and generous.
5. Under vacuum and inert conditions, the possibility of oxide explosion when exposed to heat is completely eliminated, making it safer.
The vacuum drying oven is mainly composed of temperature controller, intake valve, vacuum meter, lower cabinet and other components.
1. Intelligent program LCD temperature controller
Intelligent digital temperature setting, high precision.
2. Inert gas inlet valve
High section precision, simple structure design
3. Imported vacuum gauge
The display is simple and easy to understand, and you can grasp the vacuum environment inside the box at any time.
4. Lower cabinet
The shell of the box is punched, folded and welded by steel plate, and the surface is treated with high-strength electrostatic spray coating, and the paint film is smooth and firm. The inner wall is made of carbon steel plate or stainless steel plate by folding and welding, and the insulation cotton is filled between the inner wall and the outer shell.
The inside of the vacuum drying box is equipped with a sample shelf, which is used to place various test items, and a heater is installed around the inner wall of the box. It is sealed with silicone rubber strips, and there is an observation window on the door for observation. The evacuation and inflation of the electric heating vacuum drying box are controlled by solenoid valves. The front panel of the box is equipped with vacuum gauges, temperature control instruments and control switches, and electrical components are installed in the box.
When the material is put into the vacuum drying box, close the box door, close the air release valve, open the vacuum valve, and connect the power of the vacuum pump to start pumping. Create a suitable environment for the work, so that the vacuum degree in the box can reach -0.1MPa.
Select the desired set temperature, and the temperature in the box begins to rise. When the temperature in the box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light flashes on and off, repeating many times, generally within 120 minutes to enter a constant temperature state.
After that, choose different drying times according to the wetness of different items.
After drying, turn off the power supply of the drying box, open the air release valve, release the vacuum state in the box, and then open the box door to take out the items.
ZZKD engineer reminds — there are several points to pay attention to when using a vacuum drying oven:
1. Always check the oil level of the vacuum pump. If it does not meet the requirements, it must be adjusted to meet the requirements.
2. When the vacuum pump is used in the cold winter season, after parking, it is necessary to unscrew the drain plug at the lower part of the pump body to release all the medium to prevent freezing and cracking.
3. Under normal circumstances, the vacuum pump should be overhauled after 2000 hours of operation.
4. Always check the oil quality of the vacuum pump. If the oil is deteriorated, you should replace the new oil in time to ensure that the vacuum pump works normally.

FAQ:
1. How much is vacuum in the vacuum drying oven?
Generally speaking, if it is used for vacuum drying or anti-oxidation, we can pump the vacuum to -0.1mpa.
2. How to set the temperature of the vacuum drying oven?
In the heat resistance range of the material, the higher the temperature, the better.
3. How much is the vacuum drying oven?
You can contact us and we will provide quotations for different models according to your needs.
4. How to use the vacuum drying oven?
Put the items to be dried into the box, close the vent valve, open the vacuum valve, turn on the power and start vacuuming. Turn on the power switch of the drying oven and set the temperature. After drying, turn off the power of the drying box, open the vent valve, release the vacuum in the box, and then open the door to take out the items.
