High Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer

The air in the high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is filtered and heated, and enters the air distributor on the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower, and is sprayed into very fine mist-like liquid beads, which can be dried into finished products in a very short time in contact with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is evacuated by the fan. The high-speed centrifugal spray dryer adopts two-stage heating, and the temperature can be raised to the set temperature in one minute. It can start experiments much faster. Compared with other spray dryers on the market, it has lower powder moisture content.

Features of high-speed centrifugal spray dryer:

· The drying speed of the high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only a few seconds. It is especially suitable for heat-sensitive products. Material drying.

· The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity and good quality.

· Simplified production process and convenient operation and control. Liquids with a moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% for special materials) can be dried into powder products at one time, without crushing and screening after drying, reducing production processes and improving product purity. The particle size, bulk density and water content of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, and the control and management are very convenient.

· The material completes the drying process in a short time, which is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials, and can maintain the color, aroma and taste of the material, and the finished product has high purity and good quality;

· The high-speed centrifugal spray dryer has good dispersibility, fluidity and solubility, and the particle size, bulk density and water content of the product can be adjusted within a certain range.

Structural features of high-speed centrifugal spray dryer:

· There must be no vibration when the atomizing wheel rotates.

· The rotation speed of the rotating disk of the high-speed centrifugal spray dryer must be high, and the general rotation speed is 90~60M/S.

· The surface of the liquid channel must be very smooth.

· Even distribution of feed liquid on the fluid channel.

· Uniform feed rate

When the gear transmission of the high-speed centrifugal spray dryer fluctuates, the speed is constant and the mechanical efficiency is high.

· The high-speed centrifugal spray dryer adopts a long cantilever structure, so that the «automatic centering» effect can be realized when the main shaft is running, and the vibration of the main shaft and the atomizing disc can be reduced.

· Floating bearings are set up to enable the flexible shaft to be supported by three fulcrums, so that the shaft system can quickly exceed the critical speed.

· Rationally arrange the fixed support position, and arrange the fixed support position at the node position to reduce the vibration load of the shaft system.

FAQ:

Divided into automatic control and manual dual control mode.

2. What are the application fields of high-speed centrifugal spray dryer?

Chemical industry, plastic resin, food industry, sugar, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, etc.

3. What nozzles are generally used for high-speed centrifugal spray dryers?

Stainless steel nozzle is adopted, with high efficiency and good atomization effect.

4. What is the glass material of the high-speed centrifugal spray dryer?

The spraying, drying and collecting systems are all made of transparent high-quality borosilicate heat-resistant glass material, so that the drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free environment.

5. How does the small high-speed centrifugal spray dryer solve the problem of nozzle clogging of viscous materials?

Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (pass needle), it will be automatically cleared when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of needle passage can be automatically adjusted.
