CJF series high pressure stirred autoclave

Advantage:

The CJF series high-pressure stirring kettle adopts a static sealing structure and a self-tuning intelligent digital temperature control device, which has high precision, simple operation and strong anti-interference ability.

Features:

1. Mechanical and connection structure: The connection structure is connected by bolt structure or quick-opening snap ring, the lid can be lifted, and the pot body can be upside down.

2. Stirring method: adopts a strong magnetic cylindrical rotating coupling structure, the stirring speed is 0~1000r/min, and the stirring capacity can be adjusted according to user needs.

3. Safety: The reactor is equipped with a safety valve. The safety valve uses a ruptured diaphragm. The blasting value is small, the instantaneous exhaust speed is fast, and it is safe and reliable. Each valve of the reactor uses a needle valve, which is closed back and forth. The seal is reliable and durable. The installation of various valves is reasonable, the discharge is stable, and there is no dead angle.

4. Heating method: electric heating. Electric heating type, liquid heating type, electric heating and liquid heating type can also be provided according to customer needs.

5. Control system: equipped with related intelligent control instrument, which adopts intelligent digital control instrument to collect and control the motor speed, reaction temperature and pressure in the pot, with high precision, simple operation and strong anti-interference ability.

6. Self-tuning intelligent digital temperature control device, stepless speed regulation, speed display.

FAQ:

1. How to use CJF series high pressure stirred autoclave?

After the power is turned on, the temperature and speed sensors installed on the reactor will send corresponding signals to the reactor controller. The controller will display the corresponding signal and pass the temperature signal respectively. After comparing the temperature setting signal, the heating power is turned on-off or phase adjustment of the PID law to make the actual temperature consistent with the set temperature, and then the speed signal is compared with the speed. Set the signal, adjust the motor speed through PID law, so that the actual speed reaches the set speed.

2.What are the models of CJF series high pressure stirred autoclave?

CJF-0.05, CJF-0.1, CJF-0.25, CJF-0.5, CJF-1, CJF-2, CJF-3, CJF-5, CJF-10, CJF-20, CJF-30, etc.

3. What is the working principle of CJF series high pressure stirred autoclave?

CJF series laboratory magnetic stirring reactor is a gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid or gas-liquid-solid three-phase chemical material. It is used in chemical reaction stirring reaction equipment to make various chemical materials under higher pressure and stirring. Carry out fully under vacuum and temperature to enhance mass and heat transfer.
